Heavy to very heavy Rain Risk Area
The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will strengthen while the active monsoon through lies across the lower Central, the East and the upper South. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the North, the Northeast, the South (west coast), the Central including Bangkok and vincinty, and the East. The moderate wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to about 2 meters high while 1-2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the country should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands, and should keep healthy due to the variable weather. Farmers should prepare by improving drainage systems in their agricultural areas to mitigate the potential impacts and damage to crops and livestock. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
